Quarterly testing: Viable airborne bacteria and fungal sampling, plus bacterial and fungal surface sampling of designated work surfaces and equipment, with applicable controls.
Analysis and reporting: Include sample supplies, handling, transport, qualified laboratory analysis, and written reports with sampling locations, methods, results, deficiencies, and corrective recommendations.
Additional services: Provide rates for particle counting, airflow testing, HEPA/ULPA filter integrity and leak testing, pressure differentials, and cleanroom/equipment certification as needed.
Standards: Qualified personnel and calibrated equipment following applicable ISO 14644 standards and IEST practices.
Pricing: Itemize the total per quarterly visit, including labor, equipment, materials, laboratory fees, travel, and shipping. Include unit rates for additional services and hold pricing for one year.
