Phase 1: Deinstall 12 two-post lifts, disconnect power and air as needed, patch and level concrete, and palletize or discard lifts as directed. On-site scrap receptacles are provided.
Phase 2: Supply and install 13 Challenger CL10AV3 two-post above-ground lifts, connect utilities, test functionality, patch floor holes, and dispose of packaging.
Phase 3: Relocate and reinstall one four-post lift from Bay 8 to Bay 27/28 and one two-post lift from Bay 7 to Bay 32, including new mounting hardware, utility connections, testing, and concrete repairs.
Pricing: Provide separate, itemized pricing for each consecutive phase, including all labor, materials, equipment, offloading forklifts, freight, disposal, utility connections, and operator training.
Warranty: Identify manufacturer warranties and include at least a one-year labor/installation warranty.
Schedule: Include equipment lead time and completion schedule. Preferred work window is December 21–January 10; alternative schedules are welcome.
