Scope: Set up, monitor, and remove lane, shoulder, ramp, and freeway closures; provide flagging and mobile traffic control at multiple sites as needed.
Staffing: Certified flaggers, traffic control technicians, crew leads, and supervisors, with qualified project management and a certified flagging instructor.
Equipment: Supply required signs, cones/drums, rumble strips, shadow vehicles with truck-mounted attenuators, arrow boards, portable signals, and message boards as applicable to each traffic control plan.
Standards: Follow current traffic control plans and TMUTCD Part VI requirements.
Pricing: Provide rates by district and service configuration, including labor, operators, equipment, travel, setup, and removal. List equipment rentals and emergency mobilization separately. Initial service term is one year, with no guaranteed volume.
