- SCBA Flow Testing and Certification: Approximately 250 units annually
- SCBA Cylinder Hydrotesting: Approximately 250 cylinders annually
- Compressor Services: Approximately 6 air-quality sample tests, 2 filter replacements, and 2 oil services annually
- Standards: Perform testing to current NFPA and NIOSH breathing-air standards and provide a documented report for each unit
- Qualifications: Current manufacturer certification to test and repair Scott-brand SCBA equipment is required
- Pricing: Include unit rates, miscellaneous labor rate, parts markup or discount, and any setup or other charges
- Service Requirements: Furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, utilities, and facilities needed for on-site or off-site service
