Maintenance: Preventive maintenance and repair or replacement within 5 business days, including parts, labor and shipping for normal wear.
Implementation: Phased delivery, installation, setup and equipment replacement; user and administrator training with Cornerstone LMS-compatible materials; equipment and installation warranties.
Pricing: Provide separate purchase and five-year lease options, itemized equipment and service costs, and any exclusions. Prorate phased-in leased equipment through the original lease end date.
