Program management: Marketing strategy, implementation plans, recurring performance reports, annual aggregator reporting, and commission reconciliation.
Qualifications: Texas PUC aggregator certification, independence from energy suppliers, at least five years of relevant aggregation experience, and three comparable ERCOT engagements within the past five years.
Pricing: Include a complete maximum fee schedule covering per-kWh fees, meter work, customer-type pricing, commissions, administrative fees, and other charges.
