Lease term: 60 months, with an option to renew for an equal term.
Pricing: Provide base rent per square foot, lease type, operating expenses, and any tenant improvement allowance.
Delivery: Include earliest occupancy date, floor and site plans, and confirmation of landlord responsibility for necessary space preparation and HVAC repairs or replacements.
