What the job is
Fencing: New commercial-grade chain-link at 6', 8', and 10' heights; black vinyl-coated chain-link at 6' and 8'; ornamental steel/wrought iron at 4', 6', and 8'; and wood privacy fencing at 6' and 8' with wood or steel posts. Include options for three-strand barbed wire and privacy slats.
Gates: Pedestrian, swing/drive, and cantilever slide gates, plus automatic operators and safety/access-control accessories. Price complete gate assemblies separately.
Repairs and removal: Fence fabric, panels, boards, posts, rails, and gate hardware; gate realignment; and separately priced removal and disposal. Include cleanup and site restoration.
Pricing: Provide installed rates per linear foot, per-item gate and component prices, and regular/emergency hourly labor and service-call rates. Include labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and applicable installation costs. Rates must remain firm for one year; quantities vary with no guaranteed minimum.
