  • Collection and equipmentCollect industrial samples and pick up other samples at the Water Reclamation Facility. Supply containers, preservatives, coolers, ice, 24-hour composite samplers, and flow meters calibrated before each sampling event; take water meter readings.
  • ReportingResults within 10 working days of laboratory receipt, printed reports, and secure online access to at least 12 months of results. Include verification testing at no additional charge.
  • Pricing and termProvide an all-inclusive annual total with estimated quantities and unit prices, including transport and equipment. Three-year term targeted to begin December 15, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions and fixed unit pricing throughout.
