What the job is
Schedule: Onsite Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Qualifications: Board-certified family psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner with current RN licensure, DEA registration, and malpractice insurance.
Clinical Services: Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, patient education, urgent care, referrals, and coordination with campus health and counseling staff.
Coverage: Provide access to 24/7 urgent support through the Eagle Eye Crisis Hotline.
Supervision: Supply a supervising physician for consultations and 20% of monthly chart reviews.
Administration: Complete clinical documentation and invoicing the same day and handle messages, refill requests, consultations, and continuity-of-care meetings.
Term: Five years, with clinical services anticipated to begin November 6, 2026.
Pricing: Provide a weekly charge for practitioner services and a monthly charge for supervising physician services.
