What the job is
Demolition: Remove the existing natural gas-fired water heaters, 1,000-gallon storage tank, expansion tank, circulator pumps, associated piping, and flue system.
Water Heaters: Furnish and install two 1,000 MBH, 95%-minimum-efficiency condensing natural gas water heaters with direct venting, sealed combustion, condensate neutralizers, and controls.
Storage and Expansion: Install one 1,000-gallon ASME hot-water storage tank and one 291-gallon bladder-type expansion tank.
Connections: Include required domestic water and natural gas piping, valves, insulation, supports, venting, electrical connections, pumps, testing, startup, and controls integration.
Alternates: Price a duplex water softener and instantaneous water heaters separately.
Schedule: Substantial completion by July 9, 2027, with final completion by July 23, 2027.
