What the job is
Quantities: 11 pedestrian signs, 24 building signs, 10 vehicular signs, and 25 Village Square signs with brackets.
Fabrication: Follow the provided design guide and sign schedule, including powder-coated aluminum panels, high-performance vinyl graphics, UV-resistant finishes, and anti-graffiti protection. Include specified posts, supports, mounting hardware, foundations, and required breakaway components.
Village Square signs: 20-inch by 4-inch directional panels mounted to existing light poles with appropriately sized powder-coated collar brackets.
Installation: Include site verification, shop drawings and samples, existing sign removal, excavation, concrete, anchoring, surface restoration, and cleanup.
Schedule: Substantial completion by May 1, 2027.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive lump sum and a separate unit price for each additional building sign, including installation components.
