Camera: Pan/tilt color camera with minimum 10X optical and 4X digital zoom, 360-degree continuous pan, ±135-degree tilt, IP68 housing, and integrated laser measurement.
Cable and reel: Motorized synchronized reel with at least 1,000 feet of continuous cable, minimum 1,000-pound break strength, and automatic tension control.
Controller: Daylight-readable handheld touchscreen with dual joysticks, minimum 16 GB memory, video/still recording, built-in PACP 6/7 reporting, and Ethernet or Wi-Fi connectivity. Include all required software, licenses, and lifetime firmware updates.
Support: OEM or currently OEM-authorized dealer; include model specifications, authorization documentation, nearest service location, standard warranty, and local repair support. Technical assistance must be available within 24 hours of request.
Delivery and setup: Include shipping, installation, commissioning, and training; delivery within 30 days of order receipt and demonstration within 10 days after delivery if requested.
