Glass media: AFM NG Grade #1, 0.45 mm: 58 bags; AFM NG Grade #2, 1.1 mm: 19 bags; AFM Grade #3 underbed, 2.1 mm: 17 bags. All bags are 55 lb; approved equivalents accepted. Grade #1 must be activated, high-purity, bio-resistant, electrostatically charged, and NSF 50/61 certified.
Verification: Verify field conditions and quantities before ordering; provide media samples for approval before installation.
Schedule: Complete within 30 days of selection, with work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., coordinated with facility staff.
Qualifications and warranty: South Carolina license for this work, at least 5 years of related experience, and a minimum 1-year warranty on work and materials.
Pricing: Separate materials, installation/removal/disposal labor, and freight or other fees.
