Programming and monitoring: Configure user access, zones, entry/exit delays, and alarm/trouble notifications. Specify monitoring, backup communications, and any camera integration; list recurring fees separately.
Testing and handover: Test all zones, forced-door detection, notifications, communications, and backup power. Include staff training, as-built drawings, operating instructions, and warranty coverage.
Pricing and schedule: Provide itemized costs, equipment manufacturers/models and quantities, installation timeline, and exclusions. Account for occupied operations and protection of historic building features.
