What the job is

Service: Check operation, load test on a load cell, disassemble, clean, grease, torque and adjust tools to manufacturer specifications.
E2 tools: 18 S788 cutters, 18 SP555 spreaders, 17 R421 rams and 13 SC758 combi tools.
E3 tools: 2 cutters (S789 & S378), 3 spreaders (M40, S789 & SP777), 2 rams (R320 & CR522) and 1 SC758 combi tool.
Other tools: 3 Strong Arm tools, 1 Rabbit tool (36290056), 1 Jack Rabbit tool (392R045) and 2 S120E mini cutters. Quantities may change.
Qualifications and materials: Authorized South Carolina Hurst dealer listed by IDEX, with Hurst-certified technicians; service and repairs per NFPA 1936 (2015 edition), using only Hurst-approved parts and fluids.
On-site schedule: Complete service over 3–4 days, rotating tools to minimize downtime. Bring sufficient staff, fluids and replacement components to complete each day's scheduled work.
