Hydrogeologic assessment: Geological mapping, GIS groundwater modeling, recharge and streamflow analysis, and stream/well monitoring to identify drilling targets.
Test wells: Coordinate and oversee drilling of up to three test wells, including drawdown and aquifer stress testing to establish sustainable yield.
Water quality: Evaluate PFAS, treatability, and corrosion control; conduct bench-scale groundwater/existing-supply blending studies at 100/0, 75/25, 50/50, and 25/75 ratios.
Deliverable: Certified Preliminary Engineering Report documenting findings and future permitting requirements, prepared by a licensed engineer.
Schedule: Start December 2026; assessment complete April 2027, well testing June 2027, treatment evaluation October 2027, and final report December 2027.
