Pad dimensionsOne approximately 220 ft × 20 ft and one approximately 150 ft × 8 ft, both 5 inches thick.
ConcreteMinimum 3,500 PSI at 28 days with fiber reinforcement, broom finish, and saw-cut control joints as required.
Site workPrepare, grade, and form installation areas; pour and finish pads; grade surrounding areas for drainage; remove excess dirt and debris.
PricingInclude all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and applicable sales tax, with materials, labor, and tax listed separately.
ScheduleComplete within 30 days of authorization to start and no later than February 1, 2027.
WarrantyOne year on workmanship and materials from final acceptance.
Site meetingMandatory attendance on November 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST at the project location.
