ScopeProvide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for heating and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Pump maintenanceQuarterly inspection, greasing, and cycling of eight water main booster pumps.
Labor pricingProvide regular and overtime hourly rates for master plumbers, equipment operators, and truck drivers, plus separate preventive maintenance pricing. Applicable repair and operator/driver work requires prevailing wages.
Equipment and partsProvide hourly and daily rates for a mini excavator, skid steer, tractor with a 1-yard front loader bucket, 6–8-yard dump truck or larger, hauling trailer, and backhoe with at least 90 hp and a 1.5-yard bucket; include your parts discount from manufacturer list prices.
QualificationsPlumbing, Class 1 pipefitter, and hoisting licenses, plus NGA operator certification for annual private gas main inspection, maintenance, and operation. Please include copies.
