Volume and term: Approximately 2,500 checks annually; one year with two optional one-year renewals. Volume is not guaranteed.
Search scope: Social Security trace and name/address verification; source-verified national, state, county, and sex offender registry searches covering all names used nationwide. Include misdemeanor and felony convictions within 10 years and all pending felony charges regardless of age. Motor vehicle records only when requested.
Turnaround: PDF reports within three business days; one to two business days preferred.
Qualifications: PBSA accreditation, at least five years of experience, and all work performed by in-house staff; no subcontracting or outsourcing.
Platform and support: Electronic requests restricted to authorized check types, 30-day duplicate prevention or review, encryption at rest and in transit, and independent reporting by date range, organization, and completion status. Dedicated account support with responses within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
Insurance: $2 million technology services liability, $2 million errors and omissions, $1 million cyber liability, and $5 million crime coverage.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive pricing per check and pricing for motor vehicle records when requested, fixed for the initial year.
