Audit reviews: Review open-book records for joint venture members and applicable subcontractors, assess internal controls, and reconcile early-work costs.
Qualifications: Oregon Board of Accountancy firm registration, Oregon CPA and CCIFP credentials among key personnel, at least five years in business, and experience with infrastructure projects over $50 million, construction claims, and litigation support.
Pricing: Include staff names, roles, fully burdened hourly rates, and estimated hours separately for the interim and final reports, plus any travel expenses.
