Delivery locations: 3,000 cubic yards at OR244 (Ukiah-Hilgard Highway), milepost 43.5; 1,500 cubic yards at OR204 (Weston-Elgin Highway), milepost 40.32; and 2,500 cubic yards at OR82 (Wallowa Lake Highway), milepost 26.43.
Stockpiling: Minimum 8-foot pile height, side slopes no flatter than 1V:1.5H, and horizontal layers no thicker than 4 feet. Maximum conveyor drop of 5 feet.
Quality control: Include production sampling, testing, and quality control to verify specification compliance.
Completion: Deliver and stockpile all material by June 25, 2027; early delivery is encouraged.
Pricing: Provide a price per cubic yard for each site, including material, transportation, handling, stockpiling, labor, and equipment.
