Learning Labs 1–4: Replace 32 displays and receivers, 7 presenter cameras, 7 occupancy sensors, and 3 partition sensors; install 7 audience cameras and ceiling microphones across 7 zones with new CAT6. Remove AV devices from 24 tables and cover button-panel openings with black faceplates. Installation: May/June 2027.
Skills Lab: Replace all displays, receivers, and cameras; install one Crestron NVX wall plate. Target installation: December 14, 2026.
Gross Anatomy Lab: Replace 16 displays and receivers and 2 cameras; mount one customer-provided ceiling camera using the supplied mount. Run CAT6 to front and side wall plates and fire-caulk applicable conduit penetrations. Installation: mid-to-late February 2027.
Legacy Rooms 1206, 1207, and 1215: Replace displays, receivers, cameras, and ceiling microphones with Sennheiser TCM2 units; run ceiling CAT6 and install CEN-ODT-C-POE sensors. Installation: late January 2027.
Legacy Room 1209: Replace two 85-inch displays, decoders, and two cameras; install a 65-inch confidence monitor with Chief LTTU mount and dedicated CAT6 for its NVX decoder. Suspend a Sennheiser TCC2 microphone below acoustic baffles, reusing two existing cable runs where possible or installing two new CAT6 runs. Installation: early February 2027.
Installation requirements: Use specified new equipment; test, certify, and label new cabling. Move removed equipment to on-site storage, document installed equipment identifiers and locations, and include delivery, staging, cleanup, and off-site debris disposal. Final programming and specialty rack installation are handled by the customer.
Qualifications and support: Active Biamp Tesira FORTE certification, Crestron NVX installation familiarity, and an OSHA 30-certified on-site lead technician; provide on-site support within 2 business days for commissioning hardware or termination issues.
