What the job is
Scope: Trim encroaching trees and brush, remove hazardous limbs and trunks, and remove complete trees and stumps where needed. Grind stumps at least 6 inches below ground.
Debris: Chip or mulch in place without creating hazards or blocking drainage; remove debris where required and follow site-specific environmental restrictions.
Equipment: Quote available equipment and provide make, model, horsepower, and photos. Bucket trucks must have a minimum 50-foot or 70-foot reach and include a chip box and 12-inch-capacity chipper; power shears require a minimum 60-foot reach.
Pricing: Separate equipment, operator, and grounds crew hourly rates, including applicable prevailing wage rates. Include fuel, tools, and support costs in equipment rates; list mobilization, demobilization, and lowboy transport separately. Base daily and weekly rates on 8 and 40 hours.
Traffic control: If offered, provide daily pricing for two-lane road closures with trained flaggers for work zones of 100–500, 501–1,000, 1,001–1,500, and 1,501–2,000 feet.
Scheduling: Services are needed as requested through September 30, 2027, with work starting within 5 calendar days of notification. No minimum work volume is guaranteed.
