What the job is
Period: November 2, 2026–June 30, 2027.
Training: Assess training needs and deliver at least 10 trainings annually with at least 50 participants each, including materials and pre/post evaluations. Services must be free to participating hospitals.
Technical assistance: Provide ongoing, on-demand support for financial solvency, operational efficiency, leadership development, and partnerships; maintain activity and outcome logs.
Sustainability planning: Develop a standardized framework and assist critical access hospitals with financial solvency, service line analysis, workforce, partnerships, and implementation planning.
Annual summit: Plan and deliver a 2027 summit by June 30, including venue, speakers, promotion, registration, materials, logistics, and participant evaluations.
Reporting: Provide monthly progress reports, training records, evaluations, and sustainability updates; participate in monthly calls.
Experience: At least five years providing training or technical assistance to Ohio rural hospital personnel.
Pricing: Provide fixed pricing by deliverable, including travel and all expenses; separate administrative costs, capped at 10% of the total, from program delivery costs.
