Design: Prepare roof replacement plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules; include façade repairs as funding allows. Coordinate architectural, mechanical, and structural engineering services.
Construction support: Provide bidding support, construction administration, and closeout, including at least 8 on-site hours weekly during construction, excluding travel, with progress meetings and written field reports.
Site conditions: Plan for phased work at an occupied correctional facility with controlled entry and exit.
Budget and schedule: Estimated construction budget is $4 million. Design starts February 2027; construction starts January 2028, with substantial completion February 2029 and professional services completed April 2029.
