Access control: Replace push button locks with key fob access on 3 exterior and 3 interior main-building doors; rekey affected hard locks. Include individual door permissions, user tracking, instant activation/deactivation, remote locking/unlocking, scheduled access, and expansion capacity.
Cameras: Install fixed cameras for 360-degree main-building exterior coverage and interior atrium/conference room coverage. Exterior cameras require spotlights, sirens, and microphones; interior cameras require sirens and microphones. Include computer/mobile access, recording retention of 30–45 days minimum, and expansion capacity.
Separate alternate pricing: Provide three additional prices: 360-degree exterior camera coverage for the Maintenance, Fish/Law Storage, and South Storage buildings; key fob access on those buildings' 3, 2, and 2 exterior doors respectively; and key fob access on 8 additional main-building interior doors. Include rekeying for all added fob doors.
Installation: Include all hardware, software, programming, and employee training. Identify equipment/software makes and models. Work during normal Monday–Friday building hours; complete by April 30, 2027.
Required site visit: By appointment November 3–6 or November 12–13, 2026, before quoting.
