Electrical scope: Design replacement of the campus main switch and upgrades to electrical distribution, including switchgear, transformers, wiring, cables, boxes, and conduit.
Assessment: Survey existing conditions, develop a program of requirements, prioritize improvements within the $3.4 million construction budget, and provide a hazardous material survey.
Design services: Provide schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimates, scheduling, bidding support, and closeout services.
Construction oversight: Include at least eight on-site hours weekly, excluding travel, with progress meetings and written field reports. Account for occupied correctional facility security and related enabling work.
Schedule: Services anticipated from January 2027 through December 2028, with construction from November 2027 through November 2028.
