Office space: Approximately 7,241 usable square feet with offices, workstations, reception, waiting and testing areas, conference space, storage, kitchenettes, accessible restrooms, and climate-controlled network rooms.
Outdoor testing: A 350 × 150-foot paved concrete testing area with an 80 × 30-foot canopy, an 80 × 30-foot outdoor skills training course, and a 24 × 84-foot motorcycle testing area.
Parking: 20 visitor spaces and 2 fleet vehicle spaces; 25 additional employee spaces at no extra charge are preferred.
Lease term: 5–10 years with renewal options desired.
Occupancy: June 1, 2027, or as soon afterward as possible; multiple sites within a one-mile radius may be offered.
Services: Required space improvements and building and grounds maintenance included; utilities and daily cleaning preferred.
