What the job is
Roles: Incident Commander; Public Information, Safety, and Liaison Officers; Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Finance/Administration Section Chiefs; Task Force Leader/Project Manager; and Evaluator.
Experience and training: Experienced emergency operations personnel with documented completion of IS/ICS 100, 200, 300, 700, and 800; ICS 400 preferred.
Deployment: Mobilize and scale staffing within 48 hours; cover 12-hour daily shifts, with a second shift for 24-hour coverage when requested. Maintain a 24-hour contact during activations.
Evaluation: Document response performance and provide findings, improvement recommendations, and a formal report within 30 days of evaluation or augmentation.
Pricing: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly rates per person for each role, including labor, supervision, food, lodging, transportation, and overhead. Services are as needed over three years, with no guaranteed volume.
