Emergency planning: Risk and vulnerability assessments, hazard mitigation, emergency response planning, continuity of operations, training, and exercises.
Recovery support: Logistics, documentation, data management, and debris cleanup and removal monitoring.
Claims consulting: Construction contractor oversight, paperwork review, and financial recovery claims support.
Availability: As-needed services with rapid response, including during flooding and extended power outages; three-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals. No guaranteed volume.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by staff role, applicable discounts, travel expenses, and any billable travel time. Services are billed to the nearest quarter hour.
