Deliverables: ESRI-compatible file geodatabase in EPSG:2263 with 2D/3D features, an interactive streetscape digital twin with imagery and ESRI export, QA/QC validation, and a final methodology report and presentation.
Schedule and pricing: Complete within one year. Provide pricing by borough and citywide; separately price any combined aerial/ground capture and API or plug-in integration.
