Installation: Include all labor, cabling, rigging, mounting hardware, engineering, programming, integration, testing, and system tuning.
Documentation: Include equipment cut sheets, shop drawings, rigging design, test reports, operating manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Closeout: Provide two three-hour training sessions, eight additional hours of onsite adjustments, and a one-year parts-and-labor warranty.
Qualifications: Manufacturer-certified installers, at least three similar completed installations, and a service department within 60 miles of the site.
