Meeting attendance: Attend meetings when applications are discussed and provide engineering support throughout application processing.
Additional services: Provide other engineering services as requested, including work unrelated to development applications.
Qualifications: Appropriate New Jersey professional licensure and experience with zoning and development reviews.
Term and pricing: Services through January 31, 2028, with monthly hourly billing under an established rate schedule; travel time is excluded from hourly billing.
