Roadway reviews: Review the NBTOD Traffic Study and addendum by Maser Consulting, plus proposed off-tract roadway improvements, for compliance with traffic performance standards.
Plans and analyses: Review and prepare roadway plans and supporting traffic analyses needed for state and county transportation approvals.
Coordination: Attend project review meetings and provide additional engineering support as requested.
Term and pricing: Services for 2027, with the term ending January 31, 2028; hourly billing with monthly invoices and no billing for travel time. Please include hourly rates by staff role and reimbursable expenses.
