Scope: Handle tax appeal matters and provide tax-related legal advice, including negotiation and drafting of tax abatements, exemptions, and payments in lieu of tax agreements as needed.
Experience: Relevant tax proceedings before County Boards, the Tax Court of New Jersey, and appellate courts.
Rates and budget: Established rates of $120/hour for partners and associates and $75/hour for clerks and paralegals, with a total annual cap of $60,000 including reimbursable expenses. Travel time is not billable.
