Funding and analysis: Identify funding opportunities, assist with grant applications, and prepare cost-benefit, pro forma, and economic impact analyses.
Deliverables: Draft and final redevelopment plans, monthly or quarterly progress reports, financial recommendations, and meeting materials.
Experience: New Jersey redevelopment experience and knowledge of applicable redevelopment requirements.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates and a proposed pricing structure within a $17,500 total annual budget. Travel time is not billable.
