Please provide per-test pricing for all items; quantities are estimates.
QualificationsIndependent CAP- and/or ABFT-accredited laboratory, accredited subcontractors, and access to board-certified toxicologists for testimony.
Testing and reportingRoutine and non-routine postmortem specimens; GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS confirmation as needed; results within 10 days of receipt; online ordering and electronic reports. Include panel compound lists, analytical methods, and reporting limits.
Specimen handlingInclude collection kits, specimen transportation, documented chain of custody, and specimen retention for one year after reporting.
