Design scope: Redesign existing neighborhood islands and provide landscape designs for residential areas and public spaces as needed.
Consultation: Provide architectural advice, design assistance, and related landscape architectural services as requested.
Pricing: Hourly billing with monthly invoices; general consultation is capped at $10,000, with special projects funded separately. Travel time is not billable. Please include applicable hourly rates and reimbursable expenses.
Qualifications: Appropriate New Jersey professional licensure and experience with similar landscape design work.
