Services: Participant enrollment, biweekly payroll, tax withholding and filing, provider bill payments, and budget management for the JACC, PASP, SSP, and PPP programs.
Counseling: PPP participant training, budget preparation and updates, ongoing support, and quarterly home visits.
Systems: Secure HIPAA-compliant participant database, payment reporting, and electronic visit verification for PPP.
Support: Live telephone support Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern, with multilingual and accessible communications.
Operations: Physical office within 50 miles of Trenton and a $25 million line of credit to fund payments pending reimbursement.
Term and pricing: Anticipated May 1, 2027–April 30, 2030, with a 12-week implementation period. Include monthly per-participant management rates and hourly rates for PPP information, assistance, and financial counseling.
