Disclosure services: Serve as dissemination agent, coordinating annual financial disclosure collection and posting with the Chief Financial Officer.
Pricing: Established hourly rates are $150 for senior services and $75 for administrative services, excluding travel time. Fees may not exceed $15,000 per bond issue, $15,000 per NJ EIT financing, or $9,500 per bond anticipation note.
