Remediation: Provide legal support for soil and groundwater remediation, including TCE and metals contamination, regulatory coordination, and wetlands issues.
Experience: Extensive environmental litigation, settlement, and New Jersey remediation experience required.
Term and pricing: Calendar year 2027; $250/hour for partners and associates, $100/hour for clerks and paralegals, with total fees and reimbursable expenses capped at $70,000. Travel time is not billable.
