Qualifications: PE and LSRP staff; CHMM and subsurface investigation/closure credentials; BUST/UHOT licensing; an NJDEP-approved laboratory for groundwater field analysis; and Indoor Environmental Consultant licensing for childcare and educational facilities.
Pricing: Provide hourly pricing for general consultation, capped at $1,000 for 2027, with separate site- or task-specific proposals for specialized projects. Travel time is excluded from hourly billing.
