What the job is
Crack sealing: Estimated 136,000 linear feet of routed, cleaned, and sealed cracks 1/8 inch and wider, plus 34,000 linear feet of blow-and-seal work; use ASTM D6690 Type II hot-pour rubberized asphalt.
Seal coating: Estimated 5,000,000 square feet of surface preparation and two-coat coal tar or asphalt emulsion application, including additives and sand; price an optional third coat for 1,250,000 square feet separately.
Pavement marking: New and replacement 4-inch white/yellow lines, double yellow lines, edge lines, and broken lines; include ADA symbols and access aisles, stop bars, arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, and stenciling. Use acrylic waterborne or thermoplastic materials with reflective glass beads meeting MUTCD requirements.
Schedule: Service period December 1, 2026–November 30, 2031; application season May 1–November 15, typically Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
Pricing: Provide unit rates per linear foot, square foot, or marking, including labor, materials, equipment, travel, mobilization, surface protection, traffic control, and cleanup. Quantities are estimates; individual projects require site visits before quoting.
