Structure and controls: Replace deteriorated pit channel steel, car operating panel, hall fixtures, and elevator control system.
Doors: Replace the door operator with a closed-loop system; replace tracks, hangers, car doors, and hatch doors on both floors.
Hydraulic power unit: Replace motor, valve, pump, reservoir, muffler, isolation assembly, hydraulic fluid, and hardware. Evaluate the existing oil line and controller for replacement as needed.
Security: Supply and install four security key switches with eight keys.
Complete installation: Include all new parts, materials, labor, equipment, cleanup, necessary component repairs, code compliance, safety testing, and return to service.
Warranty and access: Minimum one-year parts and labor warranty. Personnel must hold required New Hampshire licenses and undergo background checks; tools require entry and exit inventory inspections.
