What the job is
Period: December 1, 2026–September 30, 2029.
Training: Four live, 60-minute Microsoft Teams webinars per year, plus quarterly virtual learning collaboratives focused on improving patient experience and HCAHPS scores.
Coaching: Quarterly individual consultations with each participating hospital, tailored improvement tools, and ongoing technical assistance with responses within two business days.
Materials and logistics: Evidence-based content, registration, attendance tracking, evaluations, and accessible materials; provide captioned recordings with documented participant consent and secure storage.
Planning and reporting: Annual work plans, monthly coordination meetings, quarterly progress reports, and annual program evaluations without identifiable patient data.
Pricing: Include all labor, materials, technology, and delivery costs, itemized by deliverable and fiscal year (July–June).
