What the job is
Concrete: NH Classes A, AA, AAA, B, F, and T, plus 3/8-inch aggregate mix. Estimated annual quantities are 100, 1,000, 50, 100, 50, 10, and 195 cubic yards, respectively; quantities are not guaranteed.
Additives: Quote per cubic yard for mid-range and high-range water reducers, fiber/microfiber, and 1% and 2% non-chloride accelerators.
Pumping: 20-, 32-, and 37-meter pump trucks or closest equivalents, each with a four-hour minimum. Include hourly truck overtime and winter service rates for November–March.
Light loads: Quote charges for loads of 1–4 cubic yards in half-yard increments.
Standards and delivery: Meet current ACI and NHDOT road and bridge concrete specifications, with placement within 90 minutes of batching unless an extension is permitted. Deliver within five business days of ordering, normally 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days.
Pricing and coverage: Include delivery and all required costs within your normal service area. Provide facility addresses, delivery radius, and per-mile charges outside that area.
Service period: February 1, 2027–January 31, 2032, with a possible later start.
