Research: Review relevant programs and trauma-informed practices, gather input from residents and project partners, and summarize findings.
Program design: Apply SAMHSA’s trauma-informed principles to develop a sustainable framework covering facilitation, participant support, accessibility, activities, and group boundaries. Deliver draft and final designs.
Launch support: Support the first gathering or establish partnerships and infrastructure needed for a later launch.
Schedule: December 2026 through June 30, 2027; include a kickoff summary within one week of the kickoff meeting.
Pricing: Total budget must not exceed $15,000, with indirect expenses capped at 10%. Itemize costs by activity, including hours, rates, participant incentives, travel, and supplies.
