What the job is
Schedule: Silverado Main, Decatur, Flamingo, and Sahara: Monday–Saturday with one day porter per location, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Campos: Monday–Friday with one day porter, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Silverado CDL: Monday–Friday. Fire Marshal Building: three days weekly.
Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, dusting, HEPA vacuuming before 8:00 a.m., mopping, restroom cleaning and restocking, breakroom cleaning, and disinfection of counters and high-touch surfaces.
Periodic cleaning: Weekly floor buffing and finishing, monthly floor scrubbing and recoating, quarterly interior windows and upholstery care, semiannual floor stripping/waxing and entrance pressure washing, and annual carpet and blind cleaning.
Supplies and staffing: Include all labor, equipment, chemicals, liners, paper products, and soap; annual background checks and fingerprinting; uniforms, photo IDs, and an on-site supervisor.
Service period and pricing: Anticipated February 1, 2027–January 31, 2031. Provide monthly and annual pricing by location group for each year, plus an hourly rate for additional services.
Required walkthrough: All seven locations on October 14, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m.; advance registration required by noon Pacific Time on October 13.
