What the job is
Flagpole: Supply and install one 35-foot commercial-grade flagpole, including all labor, materials, hardware, and equipment.
Site preparation: Contact 811 before excavation, core concrete, excavate, and install the sleeve and flagpole per manufacturer specifications. Repair any sidewalk removed.
Lighting: Fabricate a light cover for the existing inner lights to accommodate four new upper lights: two directed toward the existing outer flagpoles and two toward the new flagpole.
Testing and cleanup: Verify smooth, binding-free operation of the halyard, truck pulley, cleat/winch, and swivel snaps. Clean the work area and haul away debris.
Work hours and warranty: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with coordinated site access and personnel background checks required. Include a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.
